Expert IT Application (w/m/d)
Tasks
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of the GRC module in ServiceNow
- Collaboration with various departments to identify requirements for GRC processes and to map them in ServiceNow
- Participation in the analysis and optimization of existing processes in the area of governance, risk, and compliance
- Support in the implementation of new features and modules
- Assistance in training and supporting end users in using the GRC module
- Creation of documentation and reports
- Conducting tests and quality assurance measures
- Support the development and maintenance of additional applications within the existing tool landscape
Profil
- Degree in Computer Science, Business and Computer Science, or a comparable qualification (or equivalent practical experience)
- Basic knowledge of the application and administration of ServiceNow is an advantage but not mandatory
- Interest in governance, risk, and compliance management
- Analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented working style
- Team player with good communication skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
