What we expect

Deliver 24/7 Level 1 & Level 2 partially IT support to internal users across production and office environments.
Collaborate with second-level support and project teams to ensure seamless IT/OT system integration.
Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements or automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT/OT systems and tools.
Utilize monitoring tools to proactively detect and respond to system anomalies or failures
Install, configure, and maintain both IT and OT hardware and software systems.
Handle MES, EI, and Infrastructure-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely escalation and reporting.
Perform troubleshooting, testing, and provisioning of end-user hardware and software.
Ensure proper maintenance and lifecycle support for all IT client assets.
Contribute to and support infrastructure and application-related projects.
Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including procedures, configurations, and reports.
