What we expect

• To lead and drive products life cycle from new product concept till mass production ramp. To face customer during phase of development to co-work with them during development to resolve major issue list.
• Manage and coordinate prototype build/ new materials characterization, including optical, electrical and mechanical assessment with DOE (Design of Experiment) execution.
• To sit in design review for internal and external customer’s design and provide feedback/suggestion based on DFM, and in-house process manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product or process-related issues. Develop and maintain documentation including control plans, BOM, defect catalogue and engineering reports.
• Support inline testing failures to analyse root cause and derived solutions for product/process related issues.
• Guide junior engineers in day-to-day activities
