What we expect

Develop and enforce governance frameworks: Define policies, procedures, and best practices for AI.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and data science teams to interpret and operationalize AI-related regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA).
Build and deploy governance tools and pipelines that monitor and log model performance, data provenance, audit trails, and decision-making transparency.
Support model documentation (e.g., datasheets, model cards, factsheets) to ensure traceability and accountability, and documentation according to EU AI Act.
Stay current with evolving regulatory, technical, and ethical standards in AI governance.
Drive 3rd party AI solutions evaluation.
Standardization: Ensure consistency in methodologies, tools, and reporting across teams within the company.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with business units AI experts.
