What we expect

Set up, configure, and maintain wafer sort equipment, with a specific focus on TEL Precio Octo and TEL WDF 12DP+ Wafer Probers.
Work with cross functional team on Wafer Sort Equipment installation and qualification.
Provide technical support to operators and technicians, offering guidance and expertise to resolve equipment-related challenges.
Timely reporting of Wafer Sort equipment engineering KPI and generation of improvement plans to support KPI's
Perform calibration of wafer sort equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance task and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
Utilizes advanced processes, systems and equipment to resolve the most complex issues.
Focuses on continuous improvement, streamlines departmental programs/processes, considers impact to internal and external customers or suppliers.
Works with a high degree of independence and initiative, determines best methods and procedures to complete the most complex assignments.
