What we expect

Act as the functional owner of the interface between PROMIS and SAP, ensuring stable data exchange (e.g., production confirmations, batch data).
Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize system errors and streamline integration logic together with IT
Monitor interface performance using real-time tools; create automated alerts and escalation paths for critical failures.
Manage incident tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for interface issues in collaboration with IT and MES teams.
Own the development and maintenance of SCM reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Power BI, Analysis for Office, and SAP BW.
Translate business needs into scalable and automated reporting solutions in alignment with IT and business stakeholders.
Develop scalable, automated interfaces and integration models for SCM reporting tools
Maintain and evolve the reporting landscape, ensuring end-user access, version control, and performance optimization.
